Located on a private and peaceful three-acre lot in Cle Elum, this northwest contemporary home is destined to inspire an unforgettable nature escape. Additionally, this lovely retreat has a companion bunk house on the property featuring two king beds, two lofted queen beds, a full bath, and a kitchenette - great for large groups or multiple families traveling together who value privacy and extra perks! Ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts, you’ll find Prospector Golf Course, Speelyi Beach Day Use Area, Lake Easton State Park, Teanaway Community Forest, and The Summit at Snoqualmie all within about 30 miles of your front door. When you’re not lounging on the lake shore or shredding the powdery slopes, pure bliss awaits in the sun-filled living area featuring contemporary furnishings, coffee house brick backdrops, warm wooden accents, and floor-to-ceiling windows welcoming in the majestic mountain views. Relax by the 60” linear fireplace with a good book or spice up your dinner menu in the stylish, European kitchen hosting high-end appliances and a spacious center island. A standout feature of this home is the incredible outdoor living space, well-furnished with comfy seating, a propane firepit, lawn games, and a large smart TV - perfect for entertaining, having a barbecue, and watching the game with friends. Bask in the stunning surroundings, say hello to any deer passing by, and lounge in the hammock as golden hour sets the mountaintops aglow. As the stars appear, whether you take a soothing soak in the spa-like bath or gather around the fire to share s’mores and reminisce about the day’s adventures, restful comfort, and serene tranquility await you every moment of your stay. Additional amenities we love in this home include heated bathroom floors, a play set for the kids, a private washer/dryer, and electric vehicle charging capability. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles. Security camera details: One Nest camera located outside of the garage facing outward. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
