Disappointing

The pillows were nice, staff was nice and accommodating

Dirty facility, the pool was smelly. The carpet was ripped up in the entrance to the room and we tripped over it every time walking in.

Not satisfied and won’t stay there again nor refer someone there to stay.

The picture shown on the website is misleading. They have no updates as shown shown on the picture at there location. But signs stating there remodeling. That should be on the advertisement so the quest will know what to expect.

it needs to be updated. it’s old. my ground floor room had a broken window. the bathroom was very small and the shower was kinda gross

Awful. Don’t stay here if you want breakfast, a pool or a clean hotel.

The only thing that I can say about this hotel that isn’t negative was that the front desk gal was very nice.

To start off, the first room we were given keys to was already occupied, someone was taking a shower in it. The halls/entryway/staircase everywhere in the hotel was dirty. We went for just a one night away from the house trip and I planned on our trip around the fact that the hotel had a pool. I got my two toddlers in their swimsuits and we went down to the pool, which was down a very long weird turning hallway, to find that the pool was so dirty we couldn’t swim in it. The pool room itself was FREEZING and the water was murky and there was some sort of gravel or something all along the bottom of the kid pool. We went to tell the front desk and the guy at the front desk at the time says “yeah, I know, I’m sorry about that”. So, they were well aware of this. Then, the breakfast they have advertised was pretty much non existent. We went about an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over and there was a couple sausage links, some old oatmeal, and one mini muffin. I, again, nicely mentioned to the front desk and asked if they were making more and they told me “what we have is out”. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay in my life. I wish I could get my money back at this point. We left hungry with two kids who were crying to go swimming. Waste. Of. Money.

Fair breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great picture on the LG television.

Maybe should have stayed somewhere else...

The room was fine. Red Lion's E-mail explaining there wasn't breakfast or pool 2 days after res. was incorrect. Breakfast, however, was pretty awful. dried sausage, hashbrowns, bad waffle mix, no butter etc

we were given a room as far away as one could get from the front. The keys quit at 9:30 AM next morning. Pool and pool room were cold. Honestly, I don't really think the place should have opened yet. They're refurbing everywhere and my money would have been better spent at anyone of the 5 or 6 adjacent hotels! I used to think the name "Red Lion" was dependable.

Bed, all amenities in the room very comfortable.

No lights in read parking till late night. It was only 2 lights and as a female traveled alone I need to be safe.
