First, hats off to the front desk clerk, she was very helpful. She got us a new room as the maid did not make one of the beds properly. She also helped us with the TV as the settings were messed up and would not operate correctly. Even the room we got looked like the maid either rushed or just doesn't know how to make beds up properly. In addition, the pillows cases were tied tightly around the pillows which made the pillows very uncomfortable. The room and location and hotel are really not that bad, but it is amazing how a poorly qualified maid can really lower the overall experience.

Staff were so friendly at check in and anytime passing the front desk. Room was clean & comfortable. The area was quiet and easy to access. Would stay there again.

Clean room with updated bathroom. Very comfortable bed led to a great-night’s sleep. Decent breakfast offerings. No elevator, so I’m glad we had small suitcases to carry upstairs. Friendly staff. Good place to stay just off the freeway.
