I booked this hotel specifically because it had a bar. When we arrived the bar was not open so I wasn't too happy about that. I also didn't know that there was a train that ran behind the hotel. All night all I heard was the train going by. I wish the water in the room ran a little hotter as I was looking for a relaxing time. The hotel itself was nice and clean.

Room, amenities and services were great but we were on the first floor with a family above us. The children were running and banging the whole evening and again first thing in the morning. Best to put families with young children on first floor.

We had a great stay! Staff was really nice, hotel was clean, bedding and pillows were soft and the mattresses were pretty nice as well. We’re happy we drive the extra 30 minutes instead of staying in Yakima.

We are originally from Ellensburg so we travel back frequently to visit family. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and it continues to impress us. Super clean, excellent customer service and greaf food from the Blu Bar and Bites which is onsite. Highly recommend!

This was hands-down the best place I stayed at during my 10 day vacation. The staff is AMAZING. This is a new hotel, VERY well appointed. You will love the room and bathroom. Nice bar that serves food and a nice breakfast in the morning. There is a decent gym and pool with hot tub. Shout out to RYAN who was the bartender that night, he normally manages the kitchen, but made our night as the bartender. Thank you everyone that works here, you are a rock-star team!!!

Check in was delayed as the room wasn’t ready. I’m not sure if they are short staffed but we tried to check in just after 3 pm and were told it had been hectic and the room wasn’t ready. Not a big deal. This is the second time we have stayed here and I find that the rooms were clean but not thorough. Last time we found some personal items left behind by the previous guests and this time there was a used face cloth in the shower. Again, no big deal but I feel like the cleaning is not being done as carefully as it should be for the price of this hotel. Front desk service is always friendly. The bar was closed this time for both nights of our stay as well. This seemed odd. Again, maybe they’re running on a skeleton crew?

Was very disappointed that a large group of people came back from a concert at 1:30am and partied until 6:30am. The staff of the hotel did nothing to try and stop this.
