Modern, sauber und freundlich

Ein modernes sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Unser Zimmer (3 Personen zwei Queensize Betten) war sehr geräumig. Kostenloser Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Room 125 is right by the common area where I heard people yelling until 1AM. Rest was ok.

Room was comfortable. Good lighting. Nice desk to study and work on, good TV and couch was comfortable. Felt like I could stay there for a good amount of time.

Room did not have any drinks or any water. No frigobar at all. The shower did not have a closing door and when I left the shower there was water literally everywhere. The worst part was that my room 125 was the closest room to the common area and I heard people shouting and yelling until 12AM. I had to study for an exam and that made it extremely hard for me to study. Their walls have terrible soundproofing.

We chose your hotel because it had a bar which we could enjoy after traveling. Very disappointing the bartender chose to close the bar with five people sitting at the bar and customer still checking in wanting to have a drink. She said it’s her discretion and bar was closed at 7:30. Will never stay there again at the employees discretion against customers.

Great staff, great location and great hot tub and pool facilities.

Friendly staff, great hot tub, great location.

Toilets should be high rise instead of the lower toilets. Breakfast should include some kind of meat and potatoes. Best Western is a great example of free complimentary breakfasts...that's who we compared you to.

Comortable and quiet!

This is a well-designed new hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet! I took a relaxing hot tub, and a swim, and we enjoyed breakfast. This staff was friendly and welcoming. I plan to stay again in the future.

A night in Ellensburg

The room had a nice kitchenette with plates, glasses, dish soap, etc. Everything was very clean, throughout the hotel. Our beds were comfortable. The shower area was spacious. I liked being just off the main street because the location was quieter.

I would have liked a larger coffee maker in the room.

This will be my go-to place when I visit Ellensburg. Next time, I'll bring food to cook!

The best new place in Eburg. Clean, comfortable, with unexpected amenities.

My view of I-90. The hotel is located adjacent to it. Also, when I realized I could hear my neighbors, I turned my TV down as a courtesy.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean, modern, and beautiful. We will book here every time we come to visit our son in the future!

My only complaint about the facilities, and it's an odd one, is that the room doors have too much of a gap and light streamed in from the hall all night. I was unable to get the room completely dark for sleep. But, we loved the lounge and wished that it stayed open later at night!

Amazing! 100% will book again.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was so clean and modern! There was a full size fridge/freezer in the room and the shower head was taller than my partner who is 6'6! He was so happy to have that feature! Overall a great experience.

The service was phenomenal! The place was clean and new. So worth the price. Will definitely book there again.

The pool was cooler than I thought and they ran out of chocolate milk. That's how great the place was... those are such minor complaints.
