Fun beach house 5 minute walk to beach, between the highways near restaurants and shopping. First floor game room/garage with TV and pool table (not climate controlled). Well equipped kitchen. Large deck and sun porch. Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers available. Lots of games and puzzles. Streaming TV's. Outside shower. Fully fenced yard.

Location was good. Fence in desperate need of repairs- wholes that dogs can escape from. Shower in master bath needs new gasket on the door. Recommend plumbing the dehumidifier in the basement to control the mildew in the basement. The rods to turn the Venetian blinds gave fallen off.
