About this farm stay rental

Located on the edge of the historic Town of Milton, Delaware, at the head of the Braodkill River. Bike to Dogfish Head Brewery, Wagamons Pond restaurants and shopping. A short drive to Delaware Beaches (Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey), Sports at the Beach and a Sandhill Fields. A great getaway with perfect places to play and a quiet place to relax.
The Porch House is new, built in 2023. A generous floor plan with three bedrooms, two and one-half baths and of course a wrap-around porch on a quarter acre wooded parcel lets guest mingle or chill.

This house was amazing. New and so clean. We went to DE for my sons baseball tournament and staying her helped with getting to the field quick!! 10 mins was perfect

The property was exactly like pictures and description..still smelled new..everything you need is there..bedding, towels and kitchen supplies..short trips to Rehoboth beach and Henlopen state park to kayak..easy to get around..Tim the host made everything simple and stress free..he also answers emails quickly..Would highly recommend.
