The Space:

This three-bedroom townhome in West Lucaya Village Resort sleeps eight guests and sits just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. The biggest draw? Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Three bedrooms give everyone their own space after long park days. The main-floor king suite has its own bathroom and TV, so parents can retreat when the kids stay up late. Upstairs, you'll find a second king bedroom and a third room with two full beds — great for kids or friends traveling together. Each bedroom has a TV, and the two upstairs bedrooms share a second full bathroom. Both bathrooms come with tubs, so little ones can splash around before bed.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living and dining area is where everyone gathers. Sink into the sectional after a day at the parks, or pull up a chair at the six-person dining table for breakfast before you head out. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make meals — a huge money-saver when you're feeding a crew. There's a dishwasher, so cleanup is quick.



Outdoor Amenities

Step outside to your private patio, or head to the resort clubhouse where you'll find a year-round pool, hot tub, fitness room, game room, and a playroom for younger kids. The community is quiet and walkable, with acres of greenery if you want to stretch your legs between park visits.



Good To Know

Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to check email or plan your days. The washer and dryer mean you can pack half as much and refresh your clothes mid-trip. Free parking is right outside your door. The townhome has central air conditioning and room-darkening shades in every bedroom, so everyone sleeps well. You'll check yourself in with a smart lock — no waiting around for key handoff. Publix and Walmart are close by for groceries, and you're within 20–30 minutes of all the major parks. Pool heating is available in winter for an additional fee if you'd like to request it in advance.

Pool

• Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

• Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

• Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

• No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

• Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

• No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

• This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

• We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

• Lead guest must be 21 or older.

• A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

• Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

• Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

• Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using a code on the front door digital keypad. Codes are sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
