Wonderful property and good location. It was very clean although the bottom floor had a bit of a mold smell. Had a little trouble contacting owners at first. Location of key box needs to be a little more accurate - “on pole to right of front door”. I found myself searching and searching. Also - no cooking spoons in kitchen. Luckily we were renting home across the street so we borrowed from there. In my opinion check in at 5pm is a bit late. Seems like VRBO and air b&b are getting later and later. Other than those small mishaps the place is beautiful and has wonderful views! Lots of kitchen needs met too (except spoons). The balconies are amazing!!!

Our family of 14 had a great time in this well equipped, super clean, accommodating property! From the lower level for teens, bunk room for in between and adults to a spacious top floor living and kitchen space that had everything we needed to entertain our crew. I especially loved the Roku tags with instructions and location icon! Bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I booked this house for our four children, two bonus children by marriage, and six grandchildren. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out, or spend quality time together. The baby gate in the downstairs closet was helpful at corralling our almost two-year-old twin grandbabies. Short walk to the beach too!

We absolutely loved the house! Walking distance from the beach, and the view is breathtaking! The house is beautiful, and exactly as listed, even nicer in person. We will definitely be back!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The downstairs game room was a great spot to hang out. The best part was the third story views in the mornings and evenings. We loved that everyone had space and there are more bathrooms than bedrooms! Two refrigerators were a plus for so many people. We would definitely stay again.

We celebrated Easter here with family and friends. The house was wonderful! So much space for all of us young and old. The weather was not very cooperative during this time but we still had an amazing time together. The gameroom was great for a great space for all of us to gather and play games. The covered porches provided a place for us to enjoy the outdoors, despite the rain. The hosts were very kind and communicated nicely. I highly recommend this property.

This property was all that was shown and more. We were a family of 16, with both adults and children, and had an amazing time together enjoying all the home had to offer - amazing views of the ocean from both the windows and balconies which we took advantage of, easy access to the beach, and plenty to keep all entertained. Our family would definitely return - hopefully sooner rather than later.

Our second time renting this amazing house for our annual family beach trip and our favorite house!! It’s gorgeous and the view is amazing! We loved the pool table downstairs and the beautiful bedrooms and decks. Lovely neighborhood in the center of town so we can take a golf cart everywhere! Owners are gracious and helpful. This is our second time to stay in this house and we really love it. It’s good for big groups and has entertainment for both adults and kids. I wish they would put locks on the bedrooms and provide more kitchen towels for keeping dishes clean since our group takes advantage of the awesome kitchen views and cooks in. But overall these a minor wish list items. This house has gorgeous views, a great flow for large groups, and is walking distance or a short golf cart ride to the beach.

The house was located within walking distance to the beach (access was through a short boardwalk). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had a large group of 16 people and we all fit. The house does have three levels, which was a little challenging for our older family members. But the view on the third floor was amazing and the patio on each level was a nice feature. The five bedrooms were spacious, my only recommendation would be to make extra bed sheets available to guests. We would definitly stay here again!

We enjoyed a brief Spring vacation at the most charming Shell Yeah! Beach House, located at a great location both at the beach (boardwalk access) and close to town. The house is well-appointed with furnishings, decor, and fun things to do! The house had sufficient bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas for our girl cousin getaway.
The hosts advised us to bring a beach towel. I would suggest that you bring a pair of binoculars since you might want a close-up look from the balconies of the ship traffic, pelican parades, and so on.
A most refreshing, good time was had by all! We had a lovely time!
