Occasionally, the property managers may be on the property for snow removal or property maintenance, but apart from that you will have the whole property to yourself. The driveway is shared with the house next door. Parking is on the side closest to the cottage and can accommodate 2 cars back to back. Please do not park on the right side of the driveway. We are always available by phone, email or text during your stay. Balm beach has an amazing sandy beach and beautiful water for swimming. There are a couple local restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as an arcade. In the summer this is a popular spot and can become busy but you will have amazing views of the beach and lake straight from your private balcony. There is free parking on the property for up to 2 cars (parked one behind the other). The other side of the parking lot is reserved for the house next door. There is additional paid parking around Balm Beach or if you have a parking permit you can park there anytime. You can access the restaurants, beach, arcade and local shops within a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Vehicle is recommended if you wish to explore the area more. Cottage Rules: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 4. Should it be found that there are more than four people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests. Absolutely no parties allowed. The Noise-By-Law is in effect 24 hours a day. If we receive a noise complaint, your rental may be terminated. Noise violations fines are $300 in Tiny. Pets are not permitted Any watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment. Children must be supervised at all times while on the property. By booking with us you accept any and all liability for any incidents that may occur and agree to supervise children at all times. Campfires: Before you start a fire, it is your responsibility to know if a FIRE BAN is in effect by calling the township. In order to have a campfire on a property in Tiny, a Fire Permit must be obtained. You will find this permit in the rental binder. Having a fire during a fire ban or winds over 20 km/h = $180 fine No smoking inside. Please put all butts into the fireplace pit or specified ashtray. Maximum 4 people at all times (which includes adults and children over the age of 2). No grease down the drain. Please empty cooking oil and other grease into the compost (we’re on a septic system) Only toilet paper can be flushed down toilets (we’re on a septic system) Rental Property should be left in the same condition as originally found. Renters are responsible to: o Remove all contents brought with you o All garbage, compost and recycling must be placed in the outdoor garbage carts. o Put all furniture, small appliances, toys and games, and other cottage contents back in their original position for all rooms o Wash any dirty dishes prior to departure No dogs or pets are permitted. Out of respect for the neighbours please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily. Absolutely no parties allowed The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 4. Should it be found that there are more than 4 people on the property at any time you will be asked to leave without a refund and you will be charged for the extra guests. For guests travelling with infants: We have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.
