Very convenient! Walking distance to Costco and Aeon Mall. One stop away is the Outlet Mall and Zozo Stadium (though the walk from station to stadium is about 20 min). Also has 24 hour access to New Days conbini attached to hotel.
Staff was very helpful, nice and welcoming. They called a taxi for us and let us know when it arrived and walked us to the taxi. We took a taxi to the Chiba Lotte Marines baseball game at Zozo stadium. Cost of taxi was 1900 yen. We caught the train back to hotel after the game - followed the crowd to the train station.
They held our luggage for us before check in and after check in.
Nice clean, new hotel with excellent sound proofing. The train station is right outside of the hotel and you can’t hear it at all.
Room was on the small side (I booked the smallest room for 2 people), but doable. I slid my suitcase under the bed. There was a a lot of space with easy access under the bed for storage. The bathroom was very nice and big.

Everything (room cleanliness, staff attitude and breakfast) are good. You can easily walk to nearby mega shopping areas.
