It’s was pretty good size and good location.
First I was surprised it handled by different management when I arrived. For a hotel or Airbnb type, I am so surprised that no hand towels and limited bath towels. I have to ask for it most time. Bedsheets and pillows looks old too! The towels and bath mat looks old and stained. Cheap shampoo and bath shower gel and no other amenities.

The flat is spacious and modern. The facility have a nice pool, gym and a little grocery store
There was a weird smell in the flat and I saw a little cockroach in the toilet one afternoon. The breakfast finishes at 10am which is super early. Also, it’s quite far from the city center and there’s no subway around, be ready to take Grabs for 30-1hr+ when there’s traffic
