The location is great. Was near to Menara MATRADE and also the Hartamas Shopping complex is walkable distance only.Easy to get GRAB for travelling and etc.
The waiting time for lift is really long.
Confusing as well as the two lifts are not side by side rather placed separately.
The crowd tends to gather and sometimes the earlier waiting guests will be left out if the intended lift does not arrive first while the next one arrive first and the guests waiting near there will get in first.
The breakfast buffet was not included in my booking as it was pricey.
Options nearby are plenty especially if you drive about 10 minutes to Brickfields area.

The staffs are friendly. From the reception, the breakfast hall and cleaner; they always sevice with smiles.
I think that is the biggest assets
My room smells like smoke from cigars. Myb can seperste smoking tenants from non-smoker for next time
Car parks are confusing. Almost parking on wrong property
