Excellent location, close to the VIC and metro, easy access via a lift.
There was an all-time-high-heatwave in Vienna - 40 degrees, and AC was not working. We did not have the stamina to stay there and we could not wait till the next day for the issue to be resolved between the apartment operator and the building owner, so we left and got a different apartment. We got a refund, so kudos to the apartment operator. Apart from that, everything else inside the apartment was fine, except for maybe a leaking shower handle.

Property was great out of town but we knew this in advance. Host was very communicative and explained everything clearly. Loved having the balcony and lift often a treat in Europe. Loved the seperate WC and shower room. Water pressure was awesome. All in all great value for money and look forward to returning next year.
It feels like it could use some TLC. Would be great if we knew where to buy coffee pods from 😊

Fui por trabajo y por ocio, ya que tenía un fin de semana en medio. La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, justo enfrente del VIC y a 10 minutos del centro en metro, el Alte Donau está a un paso para poder alquilar una barquita o pasar una tarde tranquila en el río. Hay un supermercado al otro lado de la calle también y una parada del bus hop on hop off a 5 minutos andando. Los anfitriones son muy amables, la comunicación perfecta (contestan inmediatamente a cualquier pregunta). El apartamento es amplio.

Bra läge, nära tunnelbanan och badmöjligheter. Bra med tvättmaskin och balkong!
Ingen luftkonditionering finns vilket gör lägenheten mycket varm på sommaren! Mycket trafik utanför lägenheten vilket påverkar ljudnivån. Speciellt om man måste ha öppna fönster
Båda de två sänglamporna vid sängen fungerade inte. Dåligt handfat i toaletten, inget vattentryck. Det fanns inga dusch/tvål artiklar.
