The convenience of closeness to the hospital which is the main reason for our stay. The bed and amenities. The price with the exception of cleaning fee bec the home was not cleaned especially the floor.
The floor throughout home was dirty, could literally see visible streak of black residue to where it showed on everyone’s sock. (Cleaning fee was not of use properly) We went to buy a swifter for the floor but that floor needed scrubbing. The shower had hair in it on the wall and the size was so small to where you had to leave shower curtain open to avoid it touching you while you bathe especially not knowing when they may have been replaced, little black hard worms in certain areas, the bushes out front could use some trimming, and the light or lack there of outside …needs solar lights leading into home or street light or something. Especially during this time of year not knowing where you’re stepping in the dark and could be snakes. More lighting in the kitchen, the main light in front of sink did not work. Could use a tv in 1st room, but that’s not a big deal compared to other things mentioned.
