Las instalaciones son modernas y te hacen sentir comodo. El staff igual muy amable al acercarte con ellos a hacer alguna pregunta. Agradecimiento especil a Hilda de limpieza a la habitación que tiene buena actitud :)
El horario de room service acaba a las 9 pm.

The location is awesome. It is well located in an excellent, safe area near many restaurants and cafes. Very walkable area.
We paid for a room in the higher floors but were given a room in the 2nd floor. Booking.com should not charge extra if it's not guaranteed. I told front desk but were told no rooms in the higher floors were available. Also the towels are super thin and in bad shape. They need to be replaced.
