Hotel is near Av. Chapultepec. Its a very busy area with tons of bars and restaurants. The hotel has good location and the building is nice looking, with garden and clean rooms. We stayed for 7 days: total. 6 nights in room C and 1 in room A.
We asked to be m9ved to different room because the shower head in room C had zero water pressure and hardly no hot water. It was a challenge to shower with the amount of water. Despite request, they told us they would fix shower head but it was quickly forgotten. We finally got moved on our last night to room A and everything worked. We decided to try different hotel for the remaining of our trip.
