Do not recommend this apartment for comfortable stay, unless you need just overnight stay.

Location was good. Nearby Metro station, supermarket and places to eat.

Well, lets start by points: 1) Apartment is located in the basement of 5 store apartment building. Basically, it is just reconstructed basement. 2) There was no information provided that apartment location is in basement, discovered that fact when received check in instructions. 3) 2nd bedroom is very tiny with almost no ventilation, ventilation grill is like 5cm x 10cm. Air flow minimal. No windows. 4) Toilet room has a window with view to inside ventilation shaft, with wooden ladder placed, like somebody will try to get in. Extremely weird. 5) A lot of dust (photos attached). Dust on available ventilation covers like 1cm thick. No wondering since behind the wall construction of next basement apartment ongoing. 6) Strong smell/odor of plaster. 7) When we have checked in, Plastering work in the nearby space was ongoing and inside apartment you could hear it very well. 8) Basically, from 8 morning till 17 construction work was ongoing in the near by space. 9) We have been waked up at 08:15 morning by drilling sounds. 10) Very early check out, no later than 10 morning.

Celkom fajn lokalita, restauracie v okolí, velmi blizko obchody a metro. Parkovisko hneď pred bytom ale cez tyzden spoplatnené. Zariadenie velmi dobre a aj čisté zaruadanie, kavovar tchibo aj s par kapsulami. Fajn kupelka ale byt je V PIVNICI, dvere su netesné na byte a dost počuť buchamie vchodových dverí a je to byt super pre 2 osoby ale my sme boli štyria a tá druhá izba je v rozmeroch postele :-))) teda asi 1.7x2.5 :-))) + skrina ale celkovo dobrá volba ubytovania. Odporučam majitelovi aby utesnil tie vchodové dvere. Dakujeme :-)

Prekvapilo ma že, to bolo ubytovanie v suteréne. Ale musím pochváliť , že bolo zabezpečené pohodlie

Cítili sme sa celkom dobre, zariadenie apartmánu tiež dobré , pohodlné a čisté. Lokalita je TOP - SUPER . Metro, obchodné centrum, reštaurácie, parkovanie.

Celkom fajn lokalita, restauracie v okolí, velmi blizko obchody a metro. Parkovisko hneď pred bytom ale cez tyzden spoplatnené. Zariadenie velmi dobre a aj čisté zaruadanie, kavovar tchibo aj s par kapsulami. Fajn kupelka ale byt je V PIVNICI, dvere su netesné na byte a dost počuť buchamie vchodových dverí a je to byt super pre 2 osoby ale my sme boli štyria a tá druhá izba je v rozmeroch postele :-))) teda asi 1.7x2.5 :-))) + skrina ale celkovo dobrá volba ubytovania. Odporučam majitelovi aby utesnil tie vchodové dvere. Dakujeme :-)
