We really liked the apartment! It is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also great—only a short drive from Kos Old Town, or about a 20-minute walk.
The only thing we didn't like were the beds; the mattresses were too hard and the pillows were too soft, so they should definitely be replaced. Other than that, everything was great!

Spaziosa per 4 persone.
•La Posizione della struttura è fuori portata dal centro, ci vogliono 40 minuti di camminata per il centro.
•la signora che si presenta alla porta alle ore 21 di sera del giorno prima della partenza per ispezionare l’appartamento, per timore che avessimo rotto qualcosa.
•Acqua che viene a mancare nel pomeriggio.
•Rapporto qualità prezzo molto basso.
• quando esci dall’appartamento si stacca l’energia elettrica della casa in automatico.
• È una Casa privata per inverno, mentre invece è adibita per estate per gli affitti brevi, quindi piena di soprammobili, bisogna prestare attenzione a tutto, io penso che una casa vacanza deve avere cose essenziali ed efficienti E meno cianfrusaglie o soprammobili.

Insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, Terrassen um das ganze Haus verteilt. Parkplatz hinterm Haus ist auch kein Problem und man war sehr bemüht, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben.
Wenn an der Beach Bar ein DJ ist, ist es nachts trotz geschlossener Fenster recht laut, dafür können allerdings die Gastgeber nichts. Zudem wären etwas mehr Schneidemesser in der Küche schön.
