1. Приехала одна с 15-кг чемоданом. Менеджер направила меня к высокой решётчатой винтовой лестнице, по которой пришлось поднимать багаж вручную. Позже выяснилось, что в ЖК есть несколько нормальных входов, но мне о них не сообщили.
2. При расчёте оплаты сумма оказалась на 4 тенге выше, чем в бронировании. На мой вопрос об округлении в её пользу менеджер ответила: «Я вам и сотню подарю». Позже, приехав с мастером, демонстративно отдала мне 20 тенге монетой.
3. Квартира обшарпанная, подсветка на кухне не работала, вместо уюта — засыхающие умирающие растения. Я их полила, ведь сердце у меня ещё не зачерствело.
Заявленного на фото Букинга красивого горчичного кресла нет (менеджер признала, что его сломали прошлые жильцы, но фото на сайте они «забыли» поменять). Посреди комнаты при заселении стояла сушилка с ЧУЖИМ мокрым постельным бельем. На просьбу убрать последовал ответ: «Когда высохнет, тогда и уберете».
4. Кондиционер не работал первые двое суток (в комнате было 28°C). Из-за хронического заболевания мне противопоказан перегрев. Мастер приехал только на 3-и сутки и подтвердил, что в системе сгорела деталь.
5. В ответ на просьбу на второй день вызвать мастера и починить кондиционер, менеджер заявила, что я обратилась не в первый день пребывания в квартире, поэтому она не может помочь.
Когда я сказала, что обращусь в поддержку Booking.com, если не починят кондиционер, менеджер стала агрессивно требовать, чтобы я отменила бронь и освободила квартиру, пытаясь оставить меня без жилья в чужом городе. После починки кондиционера, извинений за угрозы выселения не последовало.
6. В день выезда на моём 9-м этаже сломался лифт, когда спускалась, чтобы выбросить кучу пакетов с мусором, в итоге спускалась по лестнице. Мусорный бак рядом с ЖК заклинило, пришлось оставить мешки рядом. Когда съезжала, тащила чемодан на 8-й этаж по лестнице через балкон.
Название ЖК "Комфорт Сити" не оправдалось.
Была в Алмате ради впечатлений, а получила стресс и испорченный отпуск.

Шикарный апартамент! Все чисто, уютно и сделано со вкусом. В целом, есть все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания.
