Space with outdoor area with 5 people it was perfect with 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. Very close to town and was very clean and tidy.

Posizione centralissima, a un passo da "Interni"
Curato ogni dettaglio, dalle cialde per il caffè a caricabatterie per il cellulare.

Tutto nella casa era perfetto : spazi puliti , arredamento piacevole e modernissimo , posizione invidiabile in pieno centro ma al contempo in zona tranquilla, 4 camere matrimoniali ognuna con il suo bagno e un bel cortiletto privato ideale per aperitivo all’aperto . Host gentilissimo e reattivo, all’arrivo abbiamo segnalato la mancanza di un coprimaterasso e si è’ attivato in tempi velocissimi per fornircelo .
Io e le mie amiche siamo rimaste entusiaste di questo alloggio e sogniamo di tornarci al più presto !

The location and size are still fantastic - ideal for Mykonos Town, which is why we booked this house again after staying here two years ago. The four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer a great, spacious layout for a group. The hot tub is now covered, which keeps leaves and branches out. The host, Yiannis, communicated quickly via WhatsApp throughout our stay, and when the front door lock jammed badly on our first night, he arranged a locksmith who fixed it within two days.
The house is no longer what it was two years ago, when it was freshly renovated and furnished - and no longer matches its own photos. The outdoor area is poorly maintained, the remaining rattan chairs are falling apart, and the beanbags that used to be there are gone. The kitchen is now very sparsely equipped and not set up for eight guests (the house sleeps that many): we had exactly one wine glass, and no basics like salt or dishwasher tabs. For over €1,000/night, that's below what we'd expect even in Mykonos. We also had to unclog two bathroom drains ourselves with store-bought cleaner, and an outlet we'd already reported broken two years ago (bent prong, unusable) was still not fixed.
We'd also add: pricing felt unfair. We booked about a year in advance to lock in dates and what we thought was a good rate, but checking again in June we found the nights right before and after our stay available at noticeably lower prices. The host couldn't adjust this for returning guests, and cancelling that close to our trip felt too risky.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are still nicely furnished, just a bit more worn than before. Overall, the value for money is no longer there - the host does his best, but seems to just manage the property; the owners should invest more regularly in its upkeep instead of maximizing short-term profit. We'll return to Mykonos next year, but likely won't stay here again.
