Exceptionally pleasant & helpful staff esp at the reception- Abhisekh/ Kriti/ Sripriya were always cheerful & welcoming; & did their best to assist with our needs.
The location is close to railway station & has good access to public transport.
A decent breakfast & room service is available though the kitchen is not open throughout.
Better if breakfast starts earlier than 8.

Response of Staff was good. But could have been better managed.Reception did help in offering reliable Cab Service option
Night Dinner,Provision of Soap inaddition to Shampoo,Slipper , Towel Hand andBath room was not prepared it was slippery. Insufficient Tea /Milk Power etc were Kept.Response of Staff was good. But could have been better managed

Bathroom infested with cockroaches. Breakfast could have more variety.

The staff, the location. Ever smiling and helpful staff is the biggest plus for this hotel. If it was not for them, our stay would have been terrible.
Very low value for money; rooms are very small, beds need replacing, so also ACs which barely work. Drinking water is scarce but yes it is provided every time you ask. The property is old and so designed that improvements/ upgrades will not be easy. I also think my refund was not correctly calculated when i revised length of my stay.
