Overall the experience was nice and pocket friendly.

The hotel rooms are neat and clean. It is inside the main market area. It was a comfortable stay and the pricing is ok as per the hotel. this hotel is not having dining hall. We have taken food in other hotels.

Superb

Although stay was good. To be mentioned Mr vasim who was very helpfull to us while doing check in. Location was good. Near by many of Restaurant with good quality food. Overall okay with stay.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL AT ALL.

NOTHING

THE SHEETS WERE GREY AND TORN IN THE CORNERS . THE AIRCONDITIONER HAD NO ADJUSTMENTS. THERE WAS NO BATH MAT ON THE FLOOR SO BATH WAS SLIPPERY. THE TOILET SEAT WAS SHAKING. THEY WOULD NOT CHANGE OUR ROOM AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE A BATH MAT.

Disappointing

Had to request to arrange for water,glasses and hangers. Located in the heart of the city with excellent veg and non veg restaurants within 500 metres. Hotel needs change of interiors.TV size should be enhanced.Inadequate staff and hence requests/ complaints are not attended promptly.H

Basic but convenient hotel in the centre of town.

Convenient location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff especially the elderly cleaning lady who was very kind and thoughtful.

No onsite restaurant. The coffee shop never has change. Overcharged for ironing of 2 items and the job wasn't well done at all. They can't connect you by phone from reception to room. Noisy on the last day due to polishing of floors.

Facilities are good.

1.on the app the room showed while booking was different and later when we went they said the bed in the pics look big. But later we were given the same room as shown in the pic. And the receptionist said should have booked directly as price will be less. 2. No coordination between the morning and evening receptionist. We wanted to extend the stay and were told one rate by the evening staff and next day morning when we went to make the payment the morning receptionist increased the price. Hence we decided not to extend our stay there.
