The location is excellent – very central and close to everything. The residential complex itself is pleasant, with a swimming pool, beautiful stairs decorated with flowers, and friendly neighbours. The host was also very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier, as soon as we arrived
Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not very comfortable for a two-week stay and would benefit from renovation, including some of the furniture.
The apartment also feels quite cluttered with unnecessary and old items. The balcony, for example, is partly used as a storage area: there are two large locked cupboards, old cleaning equipment and other items, which significantly reduces the usable space and makes the balcony less pleasant for relaxing.
The advertised ocean view is not a frontal sea view but a side view. When sitting at the table on the balcony, the ocean is practically not visible.
Another major issue was the noise. Technical equipment or generators from the neighbouring large hotels can be heard continuously, both during the day and at night.
The air conditioning is not a built-in system but a portable unit placed inside the room. It is very noisy, especially at night, so using it while sleeping was uncomfortable.
Finally, the bed was very uncomfortable. Combined with the constant outside noise and the loud portable air-conditioning unit, this made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

海がとても近く歩いて5分くらいで着きます。まわりには、バルやレストラン、お土産屋さんなどあります！バス停も近く遠くの移動も可能です。調味料もあってよかったです！けど油はありせん。塩、コショウのみです。プールが最高でした！！お部屋には、ビーチ用のタオルや日焼け止め、ワックスなのどアメニティがあり大変助かりました‼️
テレビにNetflixを接続出来れば良かったです。ユニットバスなので、シャワーの扉が無くトイレの近くまで水が侵入します。部屋が少し暗かったです。食器用洗剤もなんか変な匂いがしてびっくりしました。

The location is perfect for beach access. The appartment complex is located in a safe and pleasant location.
The location has potential, but the check-in process was a bit challenging. We didn't receive the specific studio details until right before arrival, and to gain entry we were asked to wait for a random resident to open the main door ! which wasn't ideal after a long day of travel. The studio itself is cozy but feels a bit dated. We noticed a few maintenance needs, like a leak in the balcony and a persistent odor in the bathroom. It’s a fine spot for a short stay (1–3 nights), but be sure to pack your own essentials like extra toilet paper and kitchen supplies ( sponge 🧽, wine glasses..)
