The place is excellent, location's great, very convenient to central Miami. Very good value for what you are getting, large apartment, well equipped, high standard.
One (unfortunate) challenge is the proximity to elevators and the noise they create. I don't know who is going where at 3 am, but in this building apparently everyone... elevators going up and down all night long, not ideal when you are jet-lagged. Also, the pool access card found in the apartment was long expired (not sure about parking, as I did not use it) - but the lady in the lobby gave me a different card without any issues.

The location is very convenient.
It felt more like a federal prison. No view to the outside or water front. The balcony open into the atrium of the restaurant and bar. It’s extremely loud and busy until late night. The bathroom door is a sliding pocket door that has no handle and extremely sticky and hard to close or open. My wife needed my help every time to open/close door. My finger got a big cut while operating the door. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The room was close to the elevator hatch that was very noisy and rattling constantly during whole night. Only one set of towels for 3 nights stay. The bed frame is dangerously sticking out and hit my shin causing painful hurting. The coffee machine was not cleaned for many days with residues. Overall not very enjoyable.
