Alex is an amazing host: we reached Kos by flight and then by car from the airport, he provided the accurate information about how to reach the house, how to access the property and where to park. He also prepared a web page with a lot of detailed information about the house (how to operate the hot tub for instance) as well as place of interest or restaurants. We tried a few of the recommendation and they were all good. Alex was also always available during our stay for clarifications and answers to any of our question. The accommodation itself is very well located in few minutes walk from Kos city center, it is also really close to Lambi beach and to the very popular Mylos Beach Bar. There is a supermarket in a short distance for any grocery shopping and a larger one just one block further away. The apartment is big enough for 4 people, with 2 large and comfortable beds in 2 bedrooms, with enough space for clothes. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine also. The room is provided with air-conditioning and we never felt hot. The Netflix subscription is a plus that we did not use preferring to enjoy the hot-tub or visit the city. The bathroom is well equipped with a comfortable shower, good quality bath products and the air dryer is provided too.
Alex also offered us as welcome gift coffee capsules, bottles of water, and Greek honey.
The apartment is clearly decorated and furnished with care and made us feel like at home, very comfortable indeed.

Because of the way the apartment is built, only one bedroom has windows, the second bedroom takes light from an internal window, but this did not impact at all the quality of our stay.
