Excellent brand new property - we (couple and adult child) stayed in the upstairs apartment with two proper double bedrooms. Excellent outside patio area with loungers, dining table, coffee table and chairs and the all important Jacuzzi. Fully equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and quality linen. Quite location but within easy reach of the beach by foot and restaurants (recommend Istros a very short walk). Kos Town is a 20-25 minute walk but you pass a plethora of restaurants on the way and if you walk by the beachfront, it is loungers and beach bars all the way. We arrived quite late and were delayed at the airport by the EES saga, host remained in contact and met us on arrival.
Nothing - should have stayed longer.

Wir hatten das Appartment im Erdgeschoss mit den 3 Schlafzimmern gebucht: - das Haus ist ganz neu, alles super schön und stilvoll eingerichtet - Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum kochen benötigt - Gastgeberin Olga war super nett und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war super unkompliziert - als Gast in den Besa Luxury Villas konnten wir den Pool im Partnerhotel Smaragdi Kos Hotel nutzen, das war vor allem für unsere Kids super!
