The food was excellent - the ramen was succulent and flavourful. The staff were very helpful - I lost my camera, and they kindly kept it safe and returned it back. The room was a nice mix between a capsule hotel and ryokan, which was a nice novelty! The facilities were great, and I greatly appreciated the free drinks and showers.
No free public onsen, though it’s understandable given the day price. Also, while I ended up appreciating my room, it wasn’t clear enough at booking that it would essentially be a capsule.

The atmosphere, smells and staff were super nice and inviting.
We had a very good time using the private onsen and having fun conversation with the staff.
