All the nice extras such as water, biscuits, toiletries. This was a nice touch.

The location was fine for what we needed - stated no parking but off street parking was available. The area was quiet and having grown up around there I knew what kind of neighbourhood it was. Downstairs area was clean, tidy and well equipped, although no washing machine tablets which we had to buy. Lock box very simple to use.
On arrival the entire property smelled like someone had been smoking there for years - it was seeped into the walls. I messaged the host to let them know - they said they'd arrange for air fresheners to be delivered the next day but nobody arrived and no further contact. The double bedroom was very disappointing - bed was clearly very old and seriously uncomfortable, way too soft and dipped in the middle. Water stains on the blinds, no lampshade on the main light, wallpaper peeling off the wall. Especially for the price we paid I was really disappointed.
