This place is at a great location and our host was super accommodating There’s marshland behind the house was an amazing showcase of wildlife. We spent a lot of just looking out into the wilderness. And no mosquitoes!
Our little LOVED the big sand box and the fun toys offered.
The beds were comfy and even the couch made out into a 4th sleeping area.
The tiki bar was great and we enjoyed making s’mores and karaoke by the fire. The new chairs were a very nice. But the space could use a little tlc

Great space, loved being able to bring our dogs. Plenty to do at the house and in the yard. My son loved the giant sand box. We also enjoyed seeing the train go by a couple times.
The pillows. I’ll bring mine own next time lol.

The marsh background was beautiful.
It is right on the busy road so you get loud road noise all night. Also poor communication with the management.
