The staff was amazing and its location near the airport was awesome. We enjoyed the Cockpit bar on top of the hotel for dinner and drinks. The views are amazing from there and the food was exceptional. We had a very early flight to Bhutan and the hotel also arranged a car for our early morning departure. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We were scheduled to stay here for two nights but due to the Airspace closures in the Middle East our flight was cancelled and they booked us for an additional 2 nights in the same room. They were so accommodating and the strong wifi really assisted us in getting our flight rebooked and other arrangements made for our delay. The staff was so amazing and accommodating. This time we booked the room with breakfast which was hearty and ate a few meals at the Cockpit on the top of the restaurant. Everyone was so nice. They again booked a car to the airport for us. Another early morning flight.
Didn't really have a problem but I will suggest earplugs for the evenings. The traffic so close to the airport is pretty noisy and there were several festivals going on so sometimes that was pretty loud. I wore earplugs at night and slept very well.

This hotel is relatively new, so the rooms are good size, clean and bathrooms have all amenities. Service from the security (door) staff and the housekeeping staff is awesome. They were very courteous and always happy to help, gave water, ironing board, within minutes of asking. The breakfast spread is good and tasty, though little bit repetitive. It is situated right on Jessore road, hard to miss, but can be difficult to find parking if you have lots of luggage. The staff do help with the luggage as there are few steps to the check-in desk.
The managerial staff is not good at communications. Even after saying many times that we need room towards the back of the hotel (for less noise), they asked us to book "Superior" rooms but then at check-in said these rooms are all at the front. Though these rooms have relatively good windows, the noise was still unbearable because we all know the habit of honking that is prevalent in India specially Kolkata. They did shift us to a lower category room towards the back of the hotel (without any refunds), but they also had bad windows, but the noise was now bearable.
The breakfast service was poorly managed, tables were not cleaned, and food was not replaced. Tea not hot, just hot water for coffee took long time to arrive. Maybe they have better staff for lunch and dinner but we did not attend them.
Overall, a good hotel but needs attention to maintenance (like cleaning the windows, installing pigeon-proof nets etc), otherwise it will go into bad shape.
