the hosts, JC and YS and their son, PG, could not have been more helpful hosts. there were 2 flights of stairs so they helped carry the luggage. they recommended local restaurants and drove us the 5km or so to them each evening. one day, JC drive is the 15km to the Elysian ski center (there are 4/5 places nearby) and then picked us up at the end of the day. It does not end there, YS cooked us breakfast sausage and eggs to go with toast and jam and went out of their way to get us some black tea. Having stayed in hundreds of places this was the most exceptional hosting ever.
There are stairs that would not suit people with mobility issues.

춘천마라톤 참가를 위해 금액이 조금 비싸긴했으나, 예약했구요~춘천마라톤 기준 출발지와 5km 떨어져있습니다. 마라톤을 위해서라면 위치는 좋구요~주로변에서 조금 안쪽으로 들어가야하긴 합니다. 주차도 할 수 있고~무엇보다도 마라톤 끝날때까지 주차하고, 샤워까지 할 수 있어서 너무 감사했어요! 정말 마라톤을 위해 전날 가신다면 추천드립니다. 미리 마라톤 이야기하시면 배려해주시더라구요~침대도 너무 편하고 여러모로 대회 준비하는데 도움이 많이 되었습니다.
마라톤을 위해서 갔던거라 딱히 아쉬운 건 없었는데 굳이 하나 꼽으라면 마라톤 기간중이어서 숙박비가 많이 높았다는 것 뿐~ㅎㅎ 그래도 감수하고 갔으므로 불만사항은 아닙니다.
