友人2人とソウル旅行に行ったときに利用しました。
3人で泊まれるところを探していて、たまたま見つけたのがこちらでした。新しくオープンした宿らしく、写真で見た部屋の雰囲気も良かったので予約しました。
実際に泊まってみると、思っていた以上に広くて快適でした。ワンフロアを丸ごと使えるので、普通のホテルのスイートルームに泊まっているような感覚でした。3人でも十分すぎるくらいの広さでした。
特に良かったのは、シャワールームが2つあったことです。友人同士だと朝の準備に時間がかかりがちですが、順番を待たずに使えたのでかなり助かりました。
部屋にペットボトルの水はありませんでしたが、共用ラウンジにウォーターサーバーがあるので不便は感じませんでした。ラウンジで食事をしたり、ほかの宿泊者の方とちょっと話したりできたのも、いい思い出になりました。
普通のホテルとは少し違った雰囲気で、こういう宿もいいなと思いました。友人同士でソウルに行くなら、また利用したいです。

ソウルには何度か来ていますが、今回はいつもと違うエリアに泊まってみたくて、東大門や清凉里あたりで宿を探していました。観光地を回るだけじゃなく、もう少し普段のソウルの雰囲気も味わいたかったので。Booking.comでたまたま見つけたのですが、部屋の写真が好みだったのが予約の決め手でした。
実際に泊まってみると、写真で見たとおり内装が素敵でした。新しい宿なので部屋も共用スペースもきれいですし、特に印象に残ったのは、部屋やラウンジに飾られている絵です。こういう細かいところにも気を配っているんだなと感じました。バスルームも清潔で、滞在中は特に困ることもありませんでした。
それから、日本語でのやり取りが思っていた以上にスムーズだったのも良かったです。海外の宿では翻訳したような日本語でやり取りすることもありますが、こちらは言葉がとても自然で、質問にもすぐ返事をもらえました。ちょっとしたことでも気軽に聞けるのは、やっぱり安心感があります。
今まではソウルに来ると普通のホテルを選ぶことが多かったのですが、今回泊まってみて、こういう小さな宿もいいなと思いました。大きなホテルのような設備がそろっているわけではありませんが、内装に個性があって、落ち着いて過ごせるところが気に入りました。またこの辺りに来るなら、候補に入れたい宿です。
大通り沿いなので、車の音は多少聞こえました。自分はそこまで気になりませんでしたが、静かな環境を重視する人は少し気になるかもしれません。

The self-check-in was easy, and having the metro right in front of the building was very practical. The room was modern, very clean and spacious, with a big shower. The host was very responsive and helpful, and we appreciated the little welcome gift. There was also free water on the kitchen floor, which was separate from our floor but very handy! Overall, a very nice, clean and practical place to stay, especially thanks to the location and the helpful host!
The apartment is located in front of a busy road, so you can hear the vehicles passing by. It’s not super noisy, but through I would mention it. Also the air conditioning is located directly above the bed, which is inconvenient if you want to cool down the room while sleeping, as it blows air straight into your face. But nothing toooo dramatic.

Fantastic location, altho it’s not in the heart of the city - we absolutely loved that it wasn’t overcrowded by tourists but still being a few steps away from the train station made public transport very convenient.
There are multiple convenience stores around the area, good food (esp the tonkatsu just behind) and honestly nothing much to complain about.
Room is true to the photos and host(s) were very responsive, kind and well-organised. Will definitely rebook this place for our next trip to seoul💕
There was a mosquito after a few days of living there so i’m not sure if the drainage retained a bit of water. Might want to look into that.
