Great price valuable places to stay

The place is centrally located, but quiet during the nights. The rooms are spacious and you everything that you need.

Affordable and good location

The location was great - right along Myeongdong shopping district. Restaurants and stores were all within less than 5 min walk. The room itself was comfy and had the basic things we needed. We had enough space for two carry-on luggages and two backpacks. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful. It was inexpensive and we had a really nice stay.

The bathroom inside the room was tiny. You take a shower in front of the sink and this would get everything wet, especially the toilet. It was however not a huge issue. At least we had our own bathroom in the room.

I may have to go back to another philstay location next time

it’s in the heart of Myeongdong shopping district. close to subway station and airport bus station.

no ramp at the lobby. stairs to get to elevator but no ramp for dragging your luggage up the stairs. also, I went to another philstay location. luckily they were close to each other. room is way too small. during my last night there, the couple next door was having loud sex beginning at 2am. I was woken up as I thought someone was being murdered. this is not the hotel fault but still, it was very unpleasant for me as there was no sound proofing there.

Very nice rooms (modern and clean), comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Some people were using the microwave in the corridor in the middle of the night - you can hear it in the room... But this is not the host's fault since it is actually forbidden.

Friendly, convenient location and good bed, but wet floor

Very conveniently located in the heart of Myeongdong, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was mostly clean. It was surprisingly quiet for the area, which I like.

The AC was dripping a little bit of water, but in the morning a large portion of the floor was wet. I assume this is only an issue of the room I stayed in.

Located nicely in Myeongdong. Rooms are clean with all you need.

AC can be a bit too strong/ too weak with no proper inbetween. Was blowing directly onto the bed, as the room was really small.

location is ideal for exploring Myeongdong area.

Photos in booking wedsire are not refelcting real size of rooms. Please pay attention to room size before booking, it is realy small.

Location is very accessible as it is located at the center of Myeondong.

Taxi is so difficult to get inside the area after 9 in the morning as the location starting to get crowded.

Great staff, super clean, easy process, and great location!

The location is perfect, and the front desk person was very friendly and spoke great English! My room and the entire location was very clean.

The beds were quite hard, but with the comforter on top wasn’t bad.

Cosy place in the heart of Myeongdong

Love that it’s located in Myeongdong right in the middle of the bustling market. Close to shops, buses, train station. The place itself is nice & cosy. Really warm, and clean. They gave us new towels daily & empty our rubbish bin everyday. I arrived earlier than my family, so I booked a single room prior to their arrival. Owner was kind enough to upgrade me to a triple room even before they arrived to make my stay even more enjoyable. I think this place ticks all the boxes for a good amount of money - Highly recommended.

The only thing I really didn’t like was the fact that my room has no window to the outside so we couldn’t get fresh air. It made the room felt stuffy at times (although warm). And this makes the condensation on the walls make the beds feel damp sometimes. They did try to compensate by putting an dehumidifier which we use daily.
