Great location, just a few minutes from Myeongdong Station. There is a short uphill walk to reach the hotel, but it's well worth it given the convenience.
We stayed as a family of four. The room and bathroom were small, but for the price offered excellent value. The beds could be a little noisy when moving around, but they were very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels provided daily when needed. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were supplied.
The communal breakfast area includes a fridge where guests can store food and drinks, and there is also a small fridge in the room. The basement laundry facilities were a huge bonus for a longer stay. There is also a lift, which is helpful when travelling with children and suitcases.
There are several restaurants nearby, and the area felt extremely safe throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, a great location and practical facilities for families or longer visits.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
Rooms are on the smaller size.

The accommodation is in a super central spot which is very convenient to explore all parts of Seoul
The overall atmosphere and interaction with the staff felt rather unwelcoming. While I fully understand the need for house rules, they were communicated so frequently throughout the stay that it felt as though guests were presumed to be in violation before arriving.
This started with repeated reminders to accept the terms and conditions before check-in, including warnings that accommodation could be refused otherwise, and ended with a requirement to document the condition of the room with photos upon departure.
In addition, questions were often not answered directly, with instructions instead being sent later by email.
Finally, prospective guests should be aware that the shower consists of a shower head attached to the standard sink faucet, which makes temperature regulation somewhat cumbersome.
