The space was clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful. I was concerned about the shower being in the bathroom but honestly, it was not an issue at all as the water pressure and temperature were excellent. Yes the towels are small, but even my very tall partner had no issues with it. Certainly not a reason not to stay here.
The pillows are very puffy. If you like flatter pillows, bring your own.

I had the opportunity to stay at this apartment hotel and overall had a really pleasant experience.
The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a convenient stay. The location is also great, making it easy to get around and explore the area. It's near Line 2 to go elsewhere in Seoul but also it takes only 15 min by foot to go to Myeongdong.
However, what truly made the difference during my stay was the management team. A very special mention goes to Manager Kwon, who was incredibly present and dedicated throughout my stay. He was always willing to help, sometimes even seemingly outside of his working hours, which really showed how much he cared about the guests but also that he has a lot of work to do. He gave me great advice, was always happy to help, and was genuinely pleasant to talk to. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly made my stay more enjoyable.
The other managers were also wonderful and contributed to creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.
That being said, I would still happily come back, and a big reason for that is the management team. Their kindness, availability, and genuine care for their guests truly made a difference and turned I ended up liking the place way more than what I thought I would. Thank you to all the managers!
I do want to be honest about 2 aspects of my experience.
I only encountered the boss once, and unfortunately, the interaction left me with a very different impression. While the rest of the team was warm and welcoming, his attitude felt rather cold and distant, creating a somewhat tense atmosphere and it feels like the 3 managers felts really under pressure, heads low and giving me apologetic looks, as if they themselves were aware of how uncomfortable the atmosphere was when their boss was here. I was feeling unconfortable but try at least to say hello, just to being ignored and dismissed by the boss. It would be great for the boss to take example on his team.
Also you need to tell customers that you're on the 4th floor WITHOUT an elevator, it was really hard when I arrived to take my luggage upstairs. Thank God manager Kwon was here to help me when I checked out to help me !

Se veía todo nuevo y recién reformado y la ubicación era muy buena.
No tiene ascensor por lo que cuatro pisos arriba y abajo con maletas o para estar unos días puede costar. También está en un barrio de ocio nocturno joven en la que hay música y ruido hasta más de las 23 y dormir con tapones aunque tenía buen aislamiento acústico, si no hubiera sido ya fatal en ese aspecto.
