Wonderful location, very clean. The little coffee room was a nice touch. Very convenient to have a 7-11 on the ground floor. Helpful manager on hand all day- he even spoke English, which was a nice bonus. Everyone was polite and friendly. Lots of interesting stuff to do within walking distance.
The worst thing I could complain about I suppose would be that the hallway was hot. I thought the laundry took forever, but I’ve since learned that is just how long it takes to do laundry in this humid environment. I would probably choose to go to a laundromat if I were in a hurry. It’s a bit of a hike from the train station, but not too bad at all.

If you are traveling to Korea first time it is the BEST hotel you can book. Perfect location!! Clean & cozy!

출장차 서울을 오게되어 급히 잡은 숙소인데 대만족입니다! 서울 도심 한복판에 이렇게 좋은곳이 있다니 놀라웠어요.^^
통창으로 내려다보이는 청계천이 넘 좋았고요. 뷰맛집!!
새로 생겨서 그런지 시설이 모두 새것이라 비싸지만 오래된 시설의 다른 호텔보다 훨~~씬 좋았어요. 특히 침구류는 화이트 컬러인데 포근해서 잠도 잘 잤습니다.
1층에 편의점(세븐일레븐)이 있어 필요한것들 바로 구매하기 좋았고, 건물 엘레베이터도 비교적 바로바로 와서 이동이 쉬웠어요. 저녁에 인근 식당가 이용했는데 맛있는곳도 많이 있었어요.
외국인 관광객이 왜 종로에 오시는지 알겠더라고요~^^
좋은 가격에 이 정도 퀄리티 찾기 어려울것 같아 다음 서울 출장때도 이용하려고 합니다!
딱히 아쉬울건 없는데 무인을 처음 이용해봐서 신기했습니다. 그래도 상세한 설명 되어 있어 바로 적응했습니다! ^^
