We had a wonderful stay! The customer service was outstanding, especially from Rafael and Edgar. They made us feel so welcome and were always attentive to our needs. Breakfast was always served on time, and they took the time to ask about our daily plans to make sure we knew how to reach them if we had any questions or needed assistance.
One of my favorite parts was that Edgar encouraged my sister and me to speak Spanish with him, which gave us lots of fun practice—LOL! He made learning enjoyable and added a personal touch to our stay.
The hotel was very clean, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The garden was especially gorgeous and created such a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Honestly, I didn't really have any dislikes. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the bed wasn't as comfortable as I'm used to—but that's probably because I'm a little spoiled! 😊 It was still perfectly fine, and it certainly didn't take away from our wonderful stay. Overall, everything else more than made up for it!

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and always happy to help with tips, services, and local recommendations. The room was clean and cosy, and the breakfast was delicious.
When the hotel is full, you can hear people walking past the rooms early in the morning, so it is worth bringing earplugs, just in case. The room is somewhat small. Also, be aware that the hotel is about a 20–30 minute walk from the main attractions.

La atención es maravillosa, Rafa y Don Edgar son excelentes anfitriones. En el lugar se respira tranquilidad y muy organizado; los desayunos son deliciosos. Queda cerca a unos sitios interesantes como finca La Azotea, un mall comercial y el parque de Jocotenango. Esta relativamente muy cerca al parque principal de Antigua.
No tiene espacio para acomodar la ropa
