the location was not bad, there was lidl nearby, bus station is very near;
it was more of a mixture of hotels and apartments;
everything is simple and easy to use.
show was great
TV is great, a lot of major international channels;
the whole set up of the room was good, enough space for 2 people.
since it was a mixture of hotels and apartments; there would be something not reaching your expectations;
there was no staff at scene during the whole process, so it was more of B&B style, don't treat it as a traditional hotel;
one issue is the digital lock, I don't know others, but mine was not very safe, it could be pulled out (not very forceful) even it was locked;
the note on the bed said they hoped we had a spotless stay, unfortunately, there was a small insect on the pillow one day, don't know what it is, more like a cricket.

The room was great
Work going on which was very loud and it’s very far from the centre

Security seemed high and the arrival procedures worked well.
It would have been good to have a couple of bowls and plates. Sometimes you just want to eat something light in your own room.

Good sized room for 3 people
We stayed for 3 nights, no cleaning, bins sat there, toilet paper was given 1 roll for the 3 days- no room service cleaning included is ridiculous ( you pay additional fee for daily cleaning). There was nowhere to drop your bags early and the communication was so poor. We tried to arrange early check in and staff were extremely unhelpful- mind you this is all via texting as no staff onsite. There was also a homeless man sleeping inside the building on the floor of the rooms which was very off putting.
