Lovely relaxing holiday.

Location was lovely and quiet with it being in the countryside. Oykel Bridge hotel was only 3 miles away if we decided to eat out or go for a walk for a drink. Nice location for touring about. We will certainly stay here again.

Had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable and cosy.

It was a bit far from everything that we needed to do but that was probably our own fault booking.com said it was 12 miles from our searched location (Ullapool) but was about 30, we should have checked before we booked but still happy with the location.

Great location in the middle of the North Highlands

Great location in central north highlands, ideal location for west north or east. very peaceful quiet and remote house

Well equipped cottage in a stunning location.

Stunning location in a remote valley. Kitchen very well equipped. Clean throughout. Comfortable beds. Owner very helpful with shower problem.

Directions to the cottage were sketchy, especially as satnav in a remote area is not 100% accurate. What3words would be better. The shower controls were so stiff it was scaldingly hot. A phone call to the owner resolved this. Not really issues for us but the details could make it clearer that 1. The TV is really just a large screen..it doesn't have a signal, and there's no WiFi. 2. One twin room and the bathroom are downstairs. The staircase is narrow with 2 half spirals so people with mobility problems might have difficulties. 3. Access to the property is by a steep stoney track so not suitable for a very low car.

Het is er erg rustig wat plezierig is. Een lekkere open haard of kachel. Veel ruimte.redelijk centraal om veel van de omgeving te genieten. Alles is zeegroen omschreven. Water komt direct uit de rivier en is drinkbaar.er staat ook flessen water voor de kieskeurigen onder ons (zoalsik).

Geen internet of TV wat ook wel eens heel goed is. Terug naar de Natuur! Maar je mist het wel.

Heel comfortabel gezellig huisje. Alles erop en eraan. Comfortabele bedden. Houtkachel die je ‘s avonds lekker kan branden. Heel rustig gelegen in een prachtig landschap. Vlakbij een gezellige pub waar je lekker kunt eten en natuurlijk iets kunt drinken. Beheerder is heel behulpzaam.
