It’s in a great spot, right next to the car park and located in the middle of town!
The air conditioning was out, but the fan above the bed did a fair job of keeping things cool. I reckon it might be waiting for some parts to arrive so it can get back to work.

Ottima la posizione, a due passi dal centro e dal lungomare. Appartamento piccolo però per una o due notti può andare bene.

The marina theme is beautiful and interesting. There is a kitchen and a washing machine and a nice shower.
The host was always very responsive, clear and very nice.
The bed is a fold down bed and it was not level. It had a significant slope on the left side which was a bit uncomfortable. The AC leaked during our stay and flooded the floor which was probably fixed afterwards since we informed the host. The host was very responsive and nice
