This place is located in a small road with distance to the main road - so at night it is quiet. The room is as is can be seen from photos. Very modern, clean and the bed is comfortable. Lawrence has welcomed us friendly and has given us a nice start into Killarney. Walking into town is a 15 min walk, bit easy to achieve. As no breakfast is served we recommend the Brown Sugar Café located in a 5 min walk nearby. Downtown you can find a variety of restaurants. We had a booking of Gap of Dunloe tours. The bus has picked us up in the nearby parking. I. The room you can make yourself a tea or coffee. At the place a parking is available.

Loved the location, the room was very nice and clean. The bed was was super comfy! It was great having tea/coffee facilities and a smart TV to watch in the evening. The owners were very friendly and were easily contactable. Over all I would highly recommend a stay here. Great value for money.
I Would have really liked to have access to control the temperature as it was a bit chilly at first however as soon as I messaged the owners they did turn the heating on and it didn't take too long to heat up.

Le lit king size est agréable, la salle de bain est propre et bien agencée. Le logement est situé à 20mn à pied du centre.
Les aboiements du chien de la maison voisine perturbent considérablement le repos.

I loved the private space, It was easily accessible and absolutely adorable. I loved the sky light in the bathroom that gave natural light and fresh air in. It’s in a great location and very close to down. It is walkable, although if you’re shopping downtown I would recommend taking the bus or driving. There’s plenty of car parks around the area. Fantastic place and if I find myself in Killarney again, I will definitely stay here!
