Female staff at the reception and bellhops (His name is probably Rumchai.)
Male staff at the breakfast restaurant. They didn't offer tea, coffee, water, fried eggs, or omelets. I just stood there bewildered. No smiles either.

Location and staff. Shuttle service. Restaurant was good and served tasty food.
Staff were very helpful and proactive in making sure we had what we needed.
Needs refurbishing and is basic. Not worthy of 4 stars.
