The unit itself is lovely and comfortable, easy to relax in after a long day. Has everything you need and more. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, kitchen has all the essentials so you can easily cook whilst staying.
Pick up of keys was not overly pleasant, many homeless around the 24/7 convenience store that was quite intimidating at night when they were arguing with each other etc (wasn't an issue during the day), stairs at front are difficult to enter with luggage (although there is a side entrace which is flat but I only discovered this walking past it)

The view from the apartment was amazing.
The beds were a bit too soft and uncomfortable. Other than that everything else was pretty good.
