Great location for us, rooms were ideal and all needs were met
The garden wasn’t great but to be fair we didn’t need it… had it been nice weather we might have wanted to sit outside

Great Service. New house. Helpful team. Perfect for a team of 6 of us on a work trip at the NEC which was an easy enough Uber ride away. Really good response to a couple of queries. The area is developing and there isn't much to do within walking distance (although there is a Lidl and a Tesco) but this house is in a new estate so it was fine for us.
Maybe a bit more instruction on arrival (a house instruction book?) such as how to log on to wi-fi and control heating would help but I get it - this is a new rent. Super helpful and responsive and sorted everything so this is not a complaint. Bedside lamps in all rooms please!
