It was very clean and everything was just as pictured online.
There was one security guard at the pull in gate the last 3 days that we stayed who was very lazy and not friendly at all. He was actually the worst one we have ever encountered of all the years we have stayed in Orange Beach.

The condo had a musty odor not bad but someone might want to look into it.

Condo has been updated and everything is new. We even had a brand new Coffee Maker. The Condo was very clean when we arrived. The staff at the Condo kept the pool & grounds cleaned & organized.
Hot Tub & Exercise Equiptment needs repaired/replaced.

It is Beautiful could ask for a better view. We loved the balcony!
We spent 2 hours locked out of the property because the email for the door code wasn’t sent to us. All of our things were inside because the door code sent with the reservation was a one time use only. Parking is by permit only so it is $50 per vehicle for a 30 day parking pass even if you are only staying 4 days. Security guard has no idea how the reservations work he told me to hire a locksmith, and that my parking pass should have been in the room.
