Barbara and Gianni were so amazing and friendly! They met us upon arrival and fully introduced us in how to utilize the amenities in the flat. They gave us a quick intro to the area and praised the availability of good food, which is the reason we travel. This area is known for excellent food choices, and is frequented by locals. Our last dinner there, we were surrounded by no English speaking people, which was reassuring. They also have a book of business cards from local places to dine from. Don't let the graffiti on the exterior building walls deter you, the area felt entirely safe. The flat has lots of personalized amenities (more than you may receive in a hotel!), which were a very nice touch - flat iron, hair dryer, shaving gel, cotton swabs, cotton rounds, face wash, snacks, coffee, milk, water. I thought the flat had a nice, neutral fragrance, and was well decorated. It is close to the train station (both metro and regional) and has a bus stop right in front. The #83 bus in front of the flat gets you close to Trevi fountain. From/to the airport, we took the regional train and then walked 10-15 minutes. This was a great location to be away from the tourist area, yet close enough by walk or public transit. This flat only required a half set of stairs to get down, so you're not lugging your luggage up/down several flights of stairs. We would gladly stay here again due to the hospitality of the hosts, proximity to public transit, and the plethora of good food options. Just wish we had more time to stay to try all the excellent food in the area!
Not a fault of the hosts, but you should be aware that this is a "garden level" flat, meaning halfway down a set of stairs. This also means that the windows are at street level, so you will hear street noise and foot traffic. This is a city apartment, so this is to be expected. If this bothers you, bring earplugs and you'll be just fine.

The Golden Pyramid is such a lovely appartment, we really enjoyed staying there. Our hosts Barbara and Gianni are an incredible couple, so warm and kind people, they gave us reccomandations what to see and where to eat. The appartment is spotless clean, well maintained and modern. Bed is very comfy, kitchen is full equipped, in tge bathroom we had all the toilletries we couldn't imagine to have at b&b such as hair styler, micellar water, cotton buds, shaving cream, hair spray etc. Thank you so much Barbara and Gianni!

La posizione vicino alla stazione di piramide in strada non troppo trafficata che permette di raggiungere zone residenziali a piedi; l’arredo, semplice ma non impersonale, degli ambienti (camera, bagno e soggiorno-cucina) e la possibilità di gestire in autonomia la climatizzazione.
