Posizione eccellente , negozi , bar tutto eccellente
Poco arredata e poco fornita di cose essenziali per la cucina : tovaglioli di carta , bicchieri di plastica , piatti di plastica , tovaglie usa e getta per la colazione e soprattutto macchinetta del caffè con cialde . Nella zona notte mettere uno specchio in camera matrimoniale , più arredamento .

Situation géographique parfaite. Au centre de Peschiera, tout les commerces à proximité, profusion de restaurants. Ville très jolie avec des possibilités de balades.
Accès pour décharger et charger bagages difficile, mais pas impossible. Il manque un miroir dans les chambres. Le reste, c'était très bien.

The apartment’s fotos on booking corresponds to the reality. It is very spacious, with enough space for 6 people. The location is very central, 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach, the same to the railway station.
There is only one bathroom on the second floor- extremely difficult to manage with 6 people leaving in the apartment. Very loud! Until 2 a lot of noise from tourists, starting from 4 due to garbage collection, and from 8 due to the cafe outside, which played music very loud - we were not able to sleep properly. Hard to understand garbage disposal rules.

The location is excellent for Peschiera, close to restaurants, port and buses, train is 15min walk. The apartment is modern and recently renovated. The fridge is large and works very well. The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels are supplied. The shutters really helped to keep the place cooler. It has heating so would be lovely in colder months.
The air conditioning is in the main room downstairs and then only in the master bedroom, this made the 2nd bedroom unusable in July heat. The a/c in the bedroom was only just cooling the bedroom it was not able to cool the whole floor.
There is a lack of furniture in the apartment, down stairs only 2 people could sit down on the sofa, the TV is too small for the room to have the sofa against the wall. Upstairs the wardrobes have been positioned so you are unable to fully use them as the doors don’t open wide enough to allow the inside draws to open. Moving the existing furniture around upstairs would help.
It feels empty and has no character, that would stop me returning more than anything. I wanted an apartment with modern features but it still needs a soul.
