The central location and the face that it was very clean.

Excellent location in the heart of Peschiera del Garda, with an awesome view over the lake. It’s about 15 mins walk from the station but there is also a bus stop and the ferry port just across the road.
A very large apartment with multiple rooms, including 2 bedrooms (1 with bunk beds in what feels like an anteroom, and 1 large bedroom with a big double). Having separate toilet and shower rooms was useful for efficiency staying in a group of 4. Checking in was easy and the apartment host was quick to reply to any messages.
Air conditioning was particularly useful when we visited, especially as this is a loft conversion apartment. It was also good to have the elevator available.
Slightly odd setup with how you got from room to room, and none of the bathroom door locks worked. We got around this by implementing a “if the door’s closed, don’t come in” system. The bedroom with the bunk bed in was very small and the beds themselves were not really suitable for tall people - if you have kids it’ll be fine though.
