The home was beautiful! Walking distance to good restaurants was perfect and the park across the street was excellent to walk and enjoy being outdoors. The front porch was a delightful place to sit, read and swing. The pool was an oasis, felt like being at a resort.
The downstairs room was very private but a bit disconcerting to be in the basement. If that is not your style check which room you are booking.

I was looking for a property with a pool, and after seeing the photos of the pool at Mike & Allen's Place, I thought it looked nice. When I arrived, though, it exceeded my expectations—it was absolutely amazing! With all the beautiful, well-maintained plants, it felt like I was on a tropical vacation rather than in Columbus.
In addition to the pool, they had a fantastic hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. My room had direct access to the pool and hot tub area, which was incredibly convenient and a huge bonus during my stay.
Hating leaving paradise in Columbus but I will be back.

This property is even more beautiful in person! The location is phenomenal, and super walkable! My room was comfortable and access to the house, my room, the pool/hot tub area, was outstanding. Mike and Allen were wonderful hosts, and super accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. They make you feel right at home!
